This recipe was so flavorful and so easy! We used brown basmati rice, so we increased the cooking time to 20 minutes. The lamb was really nice and soft. The recipe ends up being pretty meaty, so I think it would be best served with another Indian veggie dish plus naan. Alternatively, you could swap out some of the lamb for veggies.
