News of a Chocolate Torte
Jody mentioned that she'd made a chocolate torte for a dinner party . . . .
I did! It was really good. I pretty much exactly followed a recipe I found on line. In addition to chocolate, it had ground walnuts and buckwheat flour! I took it over the top by glazing it with some apricot brandy jam Libby made. And I served it with vanilla ice cream. Talk about a treat! It was really elegant looking, I should have taken a picture.
