Andrew's recipe for swordfish

Braise 1 lb swordfish in
  • 1-2 c wine (as needed to cover)
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 2 T. oil
  • juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 t. savory, or poultry seasoning 
  • pepper
