So here is the rhubarb trifle I had at the Orangeriet, housed in an old guardhouse along the edge of the King's Garden at Rosenborg Castle in Copenhagen. I had a similar dessert, likewise in a ball jar, at Les Trois Cochons in Vesterbro. It has crumbled macaroons in it, and a meringue, and a sort of frozen yogurt. Heavenly.

Actually, the trifle is the thing in the ball jar, not the guy with the Blackberry.
Blackberries would be delicious with a rhubarb trifle, though!

Yes, I don't think you can call the man you have been married to for almost forty years a trifle :)
We could make an interesting slide show with the theme - Dad on his blackberry in amazing places worldwide.

Cool idea. I think I have a photo of him at Bowdoin, standing by a car in the classic Blackberry-reading pose. I love your suggestion. Maybe I can surreptitiously start "wasting time" at renowned places, causing him to pull out the machine, at which point I get a good shot. . . .
